Nitrogen

Nitrogen casts a pinkish white light when it is activated (or burns, as in a star). What colors of the spectrum (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo & violet) do you think will will stand out most in Nitrogen's "signature?" To find out, play the movie located below.

 

As you can see, Nitrogen's signature shows a good portion of the spectrum from red to blue. It is one of the brightest and most varied signatures of the gasses.
